Nanayasurabhi Affordable Housing Finance Limited (NHFL) is an Housing Finance company, enabling the informal sector community in rural and semi urban areas to realize their dream of possessing a house. We provide financial assistance to the underserved economically weaker sections / low income groups for construction of new home, as well as for buying,improvement and making extensions to existing houses and loans against property mortgage.

In rural areas, to many aspirants , particularly those who are self employed or working in informal sector, proof of income is a big challenge.In NHFL, we designed unique products which enable such borrowers who do not have proper documentary proof of income to avail a home loan.
